Tracey Friend is the Vice President of Solutions Architecture for Agile1. She is a proven, innovative human capital management executive with deep experience in HR BPO/RPO/MSP solutions and corporate center of excellence initiatives.  As an expert in talent related products and solution, and working both as a buyer and provider, she is able to build solutions that not only make sense but will fit inside the culture of an organisation.

As an early pioneer in internet recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies, Tracey is a nationally known speaker, trainer and subject matter expert in corporate talent acquisition, interactive strategies and vendor-enabled solutions. She has worked as a Global Recruitment Offering Manager, with ExcellerateHRO an EDS Company, and was the SVP of Talent Systems and Strategies COE, of a large financial institution as well as an entrepreneur who sold her company to a large Human Capital Technology organisation.

Tracey received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Florida.
