Process Improvement Board
The Process Improvement Board (PIB) is a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary industry body dedicated to promote Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodologies and technologies into mainstream enterprise today.
Outsource features regular content from an array of PIB members and correspondents, addressing a variety of issues in each distinct article under the umbrella of a dedicated PIB column.
The PIB's mission is to increase the competitiveness of enterprise by widely promoting BPI-related knowledge and case studies to the wider business community. It also aims to contribute to the advancement of the BPI sector by serving as a point of collaboration and promoting synergies between different, complimentary, stakeholders in the BPI market.
The PIB's vision is to act as the most respected BPI industry body working in collaboration with a variety of channels: research, academia, government, technology vendors, professional services firms and end users. Leaders of these groups are all valued members and ambassadors of the PIB.
