Olen Pepple is the Chief Operating Officer at Novus Origo, with areas of expertise include ERP, HRO, RPO, FAO, as well as global outsourcing transition and project management. Olen started his career as an ERP business analyst, building and leading communication and change management strategies in complex global implementations. Prior to joining Novus Origo, Olen worked at Accenture as Director of Service Implementation, and was responsible for leading the successful implementation of many of their largest, most complex, global clients.
