Daniel Sasaki
The Private Equity Perspective
Daniel Sasaki is MD of LDC London, the leading mid-market private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. He joined LDC in 2008 from Hemisphere Capital, where he was a co-founder and Managing Partner. He has over 13 years of private equity experience at the Private Equity Division of Credit Suisse First Boston and SOFTBANK Inc.
Daniel has invested across a broad range of transactions and sectors, from early-stage growth capital to large leveraged buy-outs. Representative exits include ESAT Telecom (Irish mobile operator listed on NASDAQ) and Gala Coral Group (UK diversified gambling company).
Raised in the US, Daniel graduated from Cornell University and has a law degree from Stanford University.
