Richard Condon is the original founder and Managing Director of VendorRelate. Richard has 30 years' experience of commercial outsource relationships and has held both Global IT Director and European IT General Management positions.

Richard has worked within four organisations: Nestle; DaimlerChrysler based in Stuttgart; Gallaher Tobacco; and Japan Tobacco International based in Geneva. Using his experience Richard became a founder member of Forrester’s Global Sourcing and Vendor Management Councils playing an active role in both Europe and the USA.

With the support of his VendorRelate executives and consultants Richard set out to build a collaborative SaaS Outsource Relationship Software Platform and Professional Services Division to enable businesses to understand how their relationship is performing against industry Best Practice standards - then to provide those businesses with the necessary continuous improvement tools and advice to improve their relationship during its natural life span.
