Helena, a Swedish native, fluent in English, Swedish and other Nordic languages, joined Ochre House in 2004 as a Senior Recruitment Advisor for Gartner and subsequently as a Recruitment Business Partner at Steria.
In 2006 Helena moved in to the Market Development function with the responsibility for managing the Ochre House HR Directors network and for driving best practice and innovation to customers via regular innovation think tanks, roundtable discussion and benchmarking activities. In 2010 Helena transitioned to the role of Director of Market Development.
