Colin Grace has over twenty years' experience of managing large-scale business and IT projects and ten years' experience of delivering major programmes of work in the private and public sector. He is passionate about driving forward the implementation of shared services in the public sector to deliver cost savings for the taxpayer. In many of his articles Colin highlights the challenges faced by organisations, stakeholders, management teams and suppliers in designing and delivering the appropriate shared service solutions.
