The EOA Germany is the German chapter of the EOA - the only pan-European Association for Effective Outsourcing.

Our Members are European companies who have outsourced (or are about to outsource) significant parts of their IT, business processes or infrastructure, as well as the suppliers and legal/consultancy/service companies which support the industry.

The EOA Germany operates as an independent 'not-for-profits' organisation whose shared objective is to leverage effective outsourcing by:

• actively promoting the direct exchange of information between its users by facilitating conferences, workshops or working groups
• promoting best practice, service and innovation in the application and development of outsourcing
• delivering information on market developments in business outsourcing to its members (benchmarking, standard contracts, market research, tariff and pricing reviews etc.,)
• communicating the benefits and lessons learnt of business outsourcing encompassing business processes and supporting infrastructure (on-shore & offshore)

The EOA Germany has established links into the industry, research organisations as well as public organisations - it is the voice, forum and champion for the Germany’s outsourcing community and a valuable part of the EOA.
